Republican President Michael Sata has charged that former vice president George Kunda is the most incompetent lawyer on the Africa continent.
And President Sata has dared Mr Kunda to sue him over the appointment of Dr. Guy Scott as Republican Vice President.
Featuring on Radio Phoenix?s Let the People Talk programme in Lusaka this morning, Mr. Kunda questioned the legality of Dr. Scott as republican vice president if he cannot act as president in the absence of President Sata.
But President Sata says Mr. Kunda is welcome to petition the courts of law over the appointment of Dr. Scott.
The President was speaking to Journalists at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport shortly after arrival from South Africa where he had gone to attend the ruling African National Congress (ANC) centenary celebrations.
And President Sata charged that former government officials in the former ruling party MMD should not feel persecuted because the real fight against corruption has just begun.
The President has since wished former Transport and Communications Minister Dora Siliya a quick recovery so that she can face law enforcement agencies.
